Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking to hire an individual to support our Missiles and Fire Control campus in Camden, AR.
This exciting role will offer the opportunity to work with multiple types of missiles and associated launch hardware and vehicle programs that support our military personnel. A successful candidate will provide floor and engineering support for a program.
What You Will Be Doing
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
•Applies quality principles in the areas of: design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation, program performance, reliability, inventory control, and/or research and development as they apply to product or process quality for make and/or buy products.
•Performs technical evaluations including product requirements, specifications, models/designs, drawings, and procedures.
•Collaborates with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and customers on quality related issues to ensure quality standards are in place.
•Engages in product failure investigations, material review board decisions and corrective/preventive action.
•Ensures corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and/or are compliant with requirements.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a STEM related field or higher.
Prior engineering experience/knowledge.
Ability to obtain a secret clearance.
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with SAP applications is a highly desired trait/skill set.
GD&T knowledge, first article inspection experience, Statistical Process Control knowledge.
Skilled in the use of office software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Should be knowledgeable and comfortable working engineering blueprints/drawings and specifications and be able to analyze them to understand related requirements.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
