•Effectively and professionally communicates with the customer to settle any shipment-related issues.
•Extensive coordination with various internal groups to complete all product requirements prior to shipment.
•Responsible for regular customer communication for shipment approval.
•Verification and review of all product related documentation prior to shipment.
•Spearhead cross-functional team meetings to resolve issues encountered.
•Ensures the correctness of product details in various customer systems against actual data.
•Verification and review of implemented engineering changes on the product
•Review, update, and generate Quality Documentation.
•Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.
QUALIFICATIONS
•Engineering degree or similar industry qualification.
•In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
•Strong communication skills (written and oral).
•Experience in manufacturing assembly process.
•High proficiency in problem-solving methodologies.
•Organizational skill with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
•High proficiency in MS Office applications.
•Can work with minimum Supervision.
•Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year.
•Must not be under Performance Improvement Plan.
•With at least a year in his/her current position.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
