This position is part of the Sikorsky Supplier Quality - Supplier Performance team, within RMS. This role reports to RMS Quality - Supplier Performance Senior Manager.
This position will serve adjacently to the Supplier Quality Excellence (SQEx) organization. The role is physically located in Stratford, Connecticut.

The candidate will function as a performance lead for the DQR/CQR model across the Sikorsky supply base. They will partner with SQEx and with DQRs/CQRs, SQE, SCM, Production, and other functions to assure progression of Supplier development, compliance and performance to requirements. Responsible and accountable for assessing and improving DQR/CQR system performance. To include influencing effective methods to reduce escapes to Sikorsky.

A successful candidate will better enable Sikorskys ability to ensure supplier issues stay at the supplier and are resolved by the supplier.
Basic Qualifications:
- Team lead experience
- Understanding of supplier quality requirements
- Experience with data analytics and actioning
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office
Desired Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of AS9100
- Greenbelt certification; demonstrated process improvement experience.
- Familiarity with SSQS, SAP, Solumina, and JIRA
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
