Core Reponsibilities:
- Daily activity to confirm Quality records and control plans are being maintained.
- Responsible for daily activities that support product release.
- Control the Quality of all product types through all states
- Investigate and action all non-standards including sub-contractors
- Support root cause analysis for major non-standard events and instigate actions as part of the regular area non-standards meetings
- Provide technical advice and guidance to suppliers to reduce defect rates
- Review incoming supplies and products from vendors to check for defects and ensure quality
- Keep measuraemtn equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repair
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A bachelor&39;s degree in engineering or another technical field
- 1-5 years of relevant experience (co-op and/or internships will count towards this requirement)
- Excellent communication and liaison skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of techical aspects of manufacturing and engineering
- Good working knowledge of quality control standards and government compliance
- Experience with manufacturing and production processes and engineering principles
- Excellent statistical analysis and quality assurance skills
- Ability to provide guidance to improve process efficiency.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $70,000 to $89,100 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company&39;s medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
