We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented early career Electrochemist to join our dynamic team in developing cutting-edge iron flow battery technology for long-duration energy storage solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting innovative experiments, analyzing results, and contributing to the advancement of our energy storage technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute experimental protocols for iron flow battery systems.
- Analyze and interpret data to understand electrochemical mechanisms and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate findings into the development process.
- Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records and documentation.
- Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, patents, and publications.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in flow battery technology.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.
The annual base salary range for this position is $86,400 - $108,200. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidates work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as materials science, engineering, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with electrochemical characterization techniques and instrumentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
