The Work
Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) in Moorestown, New Jersey is seeking a motivated early-career Systems Engineer to join the Sensors and Effectors organization. As an early-career engineer, you will join teams engaged in the design, development, integration, and testing of world-class radar systems. Lockheed Martin offers a continuous learning environment with strong career growth and advancement opportunities. You will learn from experts and gain hands-on experience in the field of radar system engineering. The successful candidate will have strong analytic and communication skills and work well in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment. Occasional travel may be required.

Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree in engineering, science, or technology field with 2 years of professional experience.
-Experience in analysis of radar system and subsystem performance and high fidelity simulation.
-Qualified candidate must be able to obtain & maintain a secret security clearance. Obtaining a security clearance requires US citizenship.
Desired Skills:
-Enrolled in a masters degree program.
-Experience in automated testing, data validation, and data analysis scripting for mission critical defense systems.
-Experience visualizing and presenting complex systems using state of the art tools.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
