About the Role: In this role, you’ll be involved in a wide range of R&D activities, applying research theories and principles to conduct experiments that will drive the development of innovative products and technologies. Your contributions will help push the boundaries of science and technology, contributing to the company’s success and influencing future developments. You will also work with a team of experts to present findings, share insights, and implement solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research and development activities, performing experiments and analyzing results.
Handle gases and samples safely and efficiently in the lab, adhering to all safety protocols.
Summarize and communicate research findings to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Apply scientific principles to solve complex problems, often requiring creativity and innovative thinking.
Collaborate with other research professionals to refine methodologies and share best practices.
Plan and execute complex tasks with a high degree of independence, relying on your judgment and expertise.
Required Qualifications:
A graduate degree in a related field or 0-2 years of relevant experience.
Hands-on experience in lab operations, gas handling, and sample testing.
Strong understanding of research principles, models, and theories.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey findings clearly.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $35.00 per hour
