Russian/Kazakh - English Facilitator in Kazakhstan Airbus Support Centre (ASC) ALMATY

Job Description:

Airbus KAZ Branch is seeking a highly skilled Russian/Kazakh - English facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of at least Russian/Kazakh and English. Spanish language would be additionally positively considered. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently.

The facilitator will support all the activities in Kazakhstan Airbus Support Centre to ensure that the communication flows smoothly and to avoid the language barrier with the customer, Kazakhstan Air Force. Technical knowledge and experience in the aviation industry will be really valuable for the candidate. This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities. 

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

Ability to work in a multicultural environment. 

Russian/Kazakh: negotiation level.

English: negotiation level.

Spanish advanced level will be a plus

Desirable aviation industry background

Desirable military background 

Specific training will be given to ensure the knowledge of industry-specific terminology and the overall A400M environment.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be the following:

Translate a variety of documents from one language to another, while maintaining the content, context, and tone of the original text.

Proofread and edit translated materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, and fluency.

Interpret for business meetings and events, conveying the message accurately and objectively.

Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.

Communicate with clients to clarify project requirements and ensure satisfaction.

Maintain confidentiality and protect the integrity of sensitive information.

The jobholder is based at the ASC at Almaty International Airport / Zhethygen. The post reports to the HO KAZ ASC.
