Collins Aerospace is seeking an experienced Integrated circuit (IC) or MEMS manufacturing engineer who can lead the introduction of new MEMS fab products and manufacturing processes into production. Strong facilitation skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex topics will be important.
You will collaborate with other manufacturing engineers, production leaders, maintenance, purchasing, quality, production operators, design engineers and program management. The challenges and opportunities are unlimited for this position. This is an onsite role that will put you right were the action is!
Collaborate with design engineers, other manufacturing engineers, production operators, and tool technicians to support the fabrication (production) of Micro Electro-Mechanical System (MEMS) devices.
Facilitate communication between the integrated project team functions (Design, Operations, Quality, Project Management, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
