Zur Unterstützung unseres Site Engineering Teams in Stade suchen wir Dich als:

 Wir sind das Site Engineering Team für alle Programme in Stade. Wir unterstützen bei allen engineering-relevanten Störungen in der Fertigung und sind dafür verantwortlich, dass unsere Verbundwerkstoff-Teile und -baugruppen lufttüchtig sind.  Uns zeichnet unser permanentes Streben danach aus, unsere Produkte und Prozesse noch besser zu machen. Wir sind ein Team von fast 30 erfahrenen Ingenieuren, die die Produktion aller Komponenten (Flügel / Rumpf / Rumpf Hinterteil) in einem länderübergreifenden Umfeld unterstützen. • Du stellst sicher, dass die erstellten Lösungen unter Verwendung der neuesten Technologien und Methoden stress validiert sind, effizient entwickelt werden und begleitest die Verifizierung und Genehmigung aktiv. Außerdem kümmerst Dich darum, dass die Prozess-, Methoden- und Werkzeug Vorschriften in deinem Bereich eingehalten werden.

•  Du unterstützt den Head of Operations in der Personalplanung, um dafür zu sorgen, dass ausreichend und angemessen geschultes Personal mit den erforderlichen Delegationen zur Verfügung steht

• Du fungierst als Fachexperte und  technischer Mentor und unterstützt die Task Team Leader bei der Leitung technischer Fragen und der Lösung von komplexen Problemstellungen. Du agierst als Vermittler bei unterschiedlichen technischen Ansichten innerhalb des Teams. Ebenso vermittelst Du bei Meinungsverschiedenheiten verschiedener Stakeholder

• Du erhältst und pflegst das Produktwissen für die technische Analyse vor Ort und kümmerst Dich aktiv um die Weitergabe dieses Wissens innerhalb des Teams 

• Du bist unsere Schnittstelle zu externen Stakeholdern, wie dem Chefingenieur, der Lufttüchtigkeitsabteilung und leitenden Programmmanagern.

• Du beteiligst und beeinflusst Entscheidungen über die Vergabe von Unteraufträgen und stellst das Vorhandensein der Qualifikationen von Zulieferern im Hinblick auf Stressaktivitäten sicher 

• Du harmonisierst und verbesserst Arbeitsmethoden, Produktionsprozesse und -methoden innerhalb der Stress-Teams über alle Standorte hinweg und in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Schnittstellen z.B. in der Produktion. Zudem bist Du Ansprechpartner zum Thema Audits, bereitest diese vor und begleitest sie aktiv

• Erfahrung: Du hast einen Masterabschluss im Engineering Umfeld oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringst mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Rumpf-, Tragflächen- oder VTP Entwicklung sowie Erfahrung in der technischen Führung von Mitarbeitern mit

• Faszination für Verbundwerkstoffe: Du begeisterst Dich für die Herstellung von Verbundwerkstoff Strukturen, lebst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung und möchtest unsere Prozesse und Produkte gemeinsam mit uns und durch den Einsatz neuer Technologien verbessern

• Fachwissen: Du bringst umfassende Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet der Verbundstoff-/Metallanalyse und der damit verbundenen Prozesse, Methoden und Werkzeuge in mehreren Flugzeug Programmen mit. Zudem hast Du gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Statik, Ermüdung und Schadenstoleranz und verfügst bereits über eine Delegation in einem dieser Bereiche

• Sprachkenntnisse: Du sprichst fließend Englisch und mindestens gutes Deutsch, auch in allen technischen Belangen

• Zusätzlich interessant sind für uns Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet der Reparatur/Konstruktion sowie in militärischen Projekten

We are the site engineering team for all programs in Stade. We assist with any engineering-related disruptions in manufacturing and are responsible for ensuring that our composite parts and assemblies are airworthy. • You ensure that the solutions you created are stress validated using the latest technologies and methods, are developed efficiently and you actively support the verification and approval. You also ensure that the process, method and tool regulations in your area are adhered to.

• You support the Head of Operations in personnel planning to ensure that sufficient and appropriately trained staff are available with the necessary delegations

• You act as a subject matter expert and technical mentor and support the task team leaders in managing technical issues and solving complex problems. You act as a mediator for different technical views within the team. You also mediate differences of opinion between different stakeholders

• You receive and maintain the product knowledge for technical analysis on site and actively ensure that this knowledge is passed on within the team

• You are our interface to external stakeholders, such as the Chief Engineer, the Airworthiness Department and senior program managers.

• You will participate and influence subcontracting decisions and ensure the existence of suppliers&39; qualifications in relation to stressful activities

• You harmonize and improve working methods, production processes and methods within the stress teams across all locations and in collaboration with our interfaces, e.g. in production. You are also the contact person for audits, prepare them and actively support them

• Experience: You have a master&39;s degree in engineering or a comparable qualification and have several years of professional experience in fuselage, wing or VTP development as well as experience in the technical management of employees

• Fascination for composite materials: You are enthusiastic about the production of composite structures, live for continuous improvement and would like to improve our processes and products together with us and through the use of new technologies

• Expertise: You bring extensive knowledge of composite/metal analysis and associated processes, methods and tools across multiple aircraft programs. You also have good knowledge of statics, fatigue and damage tolerance and already have a delegation in one of these areas

• Language skills: You speak English fluently and at least good German, including in all technical matters

• Experience in the field of repair/construction as well as in military projects is also interesting to us
