Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking strong subject matter expert in high speed digital circuit and signal integrity analysis electrical designer. Candidate will focus on electrical design, simulation and verification/validation testing of high-speed printed circuit board design and electronic system. Candidate will be expected to work independently and serve an subject matter expert in digital design and signal integrity to perform design, simulation, and validation activities through product development cycles.
Basic Qualifications:
- Design experience and knowledge of Printed Wiring Boards (PWB), circuit card assemblies, rigid flex board, and/or harness
- Strong understanding of digital circuit card design and analysis
- Ability to generate board layout requirements to met design performance and design for manufacture (DFM) requirements
- Experience in high speed digital circuit design with ability to performing signal integrity simulations for multiple high-speed standards like 100G Ethernet, DDR2/3/4, PCIe.
- Providing design guidelines and support for system architecture design, board layout, product bring-up, debug, validation, and factory builds.
Desired Skills:
- Ability to develop design verification plan and perform system integration.
- Processor board design or complex digital design including processor or FPGA System on a chip (SOC).
- Perform circuit analysis in SPICE or similar tool like LTSpice / ICAP / etc.
- Familiar with high speed serial interface protocol like ethernet, PCIe
- FPGA sizing and power to support board design.
- Strong understanding of PCB in design for manufacturing (DFM)
- Perform post board layout signal integrity analysis.
- Perform digital high speed design verification and validation including measurements.
- Abilities to mentor others and guide other in digital high speed design and analysis.
- Experience in using Siemen (formally Mentor Graphic) Expedition Tool
- Able to operate as electrical lead to coordinate the rest of the electrical design team for complex custom electronic system is a plus

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
