THE WORK

The Global Sustainment (GS) Training & Logistics Solutions (TLS) Dahlgren Operations Site Manager will be responsible for partnering the LMS PMO team to deliver sustainment support to both Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) and the Center for Surface Combat Systems (CSCS). In addition, this leader will be responsible for International Programs Training Execution and the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Team supporting the Aegis Training and Readiness Center (ATRC). The candidate will be responsible for the planning, development, scheduling, and execution of training for AEGIS US Navy Sailors and Foreign Military Students. Currently GS supports multiple contracts centered around AEGIS combat operations training and support for both US Navy and International Partner Navies.

* US Citizenship is required. Candidate must have the ability to obtain a DoD Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting this position.

Basic Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree
o Proven experience developing and executing the strategy for products and services ensuring program requirements across all sustainment elements are achieved
o Proven experience in program/project management, leadership, and strategic thinking
o Strong understanding of business operations
o Ability to travel <10

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
