RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own the overall relationships as the primary interface between Honeywell and Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC)/System Integration customers
Lead all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers
Coach and instruct internal team to understand customers organizational structure, key decision makers and reporting relationships, purchasing process, and degree of influence of individuals involved in the purchasing process
Formulate a pricing strategy based on the customers expectations, competitive situation, potential differentiators, and other factors
Continuously identify opportunities and build credibility with EPC/System Integration customers
Define sales and growth strategy with customers while aligning with Corporate objectives
Continuously develop a pipeline of projects with assigned accounts, to include line-of-sight of future opportunities
Educate and provide customer intelligence to drive proposal strategy
Provide feedback for innovation, Voice of the Customer (VoC), capture market & industry trends, and competition intel and customer purchasing strategies
Actively participate in bids & proposal teams, including effective handover of relevant information
Ensure customers stay engaged and educated on products and services through workshops, lunch and learns, meetings, and trade events.
MUST HAVE:
5 years related industry experience, in sales and marketing within Oil & Gas/Petrochemical, Chemical, Energy and Green Energy industries
WE VALUE:
Proven negotiation experience with mid to senior level procurement and technical executives within the related industries
Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field
Excellent communication skills
Ability to influence at varying levels across the Customer and Corporate organization
Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
