Lead and develop a talented engineering team of senior professionals responsible for the development of Honeywell Aerospaces integrated circuit products. You will leverage your technical experience and skills to guide your team in their efforts to achieve solutions to challenging technical problems. You will use your leadership skills to motivate teams that are designing digital ASIC, FPGA and mixed-signal integrated circuits, and associated processes. You will also engage with IC technical, management and business leaders in shaping our technology roadmap to advance our product capabilities for future growth and pursue/execute supporting technology development contracts funded by government customers. By collaborating with customers and broader systems engineering teams, you will balance team workload towards exceptional team performance and drive high impact business growth.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience leading engineering teams
- Ability to work fully or hybrid ideally at Plymouth, MN site; less ideal site alternatives: Clearwater, FL, Phoenix, AZ
