Description:Lockheed Martin’s Missiles & Fire Control division in Orlando, FL has tremendous opportunities for individuals with Systems Integration and Test experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
Executing defined test activities to include the generation of test plans and procedures.
Conduct product testing and concluding with generation of informative test reports.
Oversee the build of subassembly hardware to include subassembly integration, HW kitting, final assembly, and subsequent ESS and ATP. The responsibility will also include the definition and build of test equipment through assembly and inspection.

Where can you get to from Orlando? Orlando is about an hours drive from Cocoa Beach and the space coast to include NASA and the Kennedy Space Center. Tampa is about 1.5 hours from Orlando. West Palm Beach is about 2.5 hours to the south and Jacksonville is about 2 hours to the northeast. Atlanta, GA is 6 hours to the northwest.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.
This position requires effective task organization and communication skills with a background in systems development, integration and production.
Candidate must have experience in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and formal system Test development/certification experience in all phases of the Test lifecycle.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance is required.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
