Description:Responsible for After Market Enterprises (AME) sustainment program support to include integration, comprehensive logistics, sustainment plan creation and support requirements for the lifecycle of the product. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. May serve as the point of contact for logistics with the customer and provide advice or training on system design and specifications. Functions as the internal design interface between support system, concepts and specifications. Performs analysis of the sustainment system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Other analysis may include interface studies, timeline and requirements allocation, effectiveness, verification, cost/risk, and supportability. Prepare and update work instructions as required. Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) for the program. Review and prepare estimates for Request for Proposals. Review contracts which includes providing comments regarding the content in the Terms & Conditions, Statement of Work, Contract Data Requirements List, and Document Summary List, as well as verification of comment incorporation.

Reports directly to the Sustainment Operations Lead tasks required under the LSE AME contracts. Personnel are considered subject matter experts in reporting and data analysis and must keep open lines of communication with Field Service Representatives for related activities. Personnel are on call 24/7 to provide Sustainment, Logistics and Field Support. Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance for this Service level of effort.
Basic Qualifications:
-Ability to obtain Secret Clearance
-Candidate must be willing to work overtime and travel as needed to support program requirements
-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (Business, Finance, or Industrial Distribution), or equivalent experience/combined education
-Proficient with and comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Must have a working knowledge of database management systems
-Must possess analytical skills to synthesize complex or diverse information, collect and research data, utilize intuition and experience to complement data, analyze customer requirements against allocated constraints and have a desire and ability to learn new technical and design skills
-Must be able to work well in a team environment and work well with various levels of management
-Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships are a must
-Bachelors degree from an accredited college (STEM, IE, Supply Chain, BA, or similar desired)
Desired Skills:
-Excellent oral and written communication skills, technical writing experience, and a demonstrated ability to perform oral presentations in front of large groups
-Demonstrated customer interface experience
-Strong attention to detail and must be able to work with minimal supervision
-Active Secret Clearance
-Understanding and experience with DoD Government contracts
-Earned Value Management (EVM) knowledge. Will require successful completion of Control Account Management (CAM) training
-Strong technical background
-Software programming skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
