The Skunk Works (Lockheed Martin Advanced Development Program) is looking for world class talent in System Integration and Test Engineering to be a part of a team that will carry on our tradition making history in advanced aircraft system development.


What You Will Be Doing
• Perform system integration, test and troubleshooting of various hardware/software configurations.
• Leading a team of engineers to install and integrate new system equipment.
• Establish Hardware-In-The-Loop (HWIL)/Closed-Loop development and testing in the Systems Integration Lab (SIL).
• Interface with software developers and systems engineers in support of verification activities.
• Participating in technical exchange meetings, interfacing with customers (internal/external) and contributing to a broad range of program deliverables.
• Integrating hardware from sub-system teams, interface with other elements, and the system and segment level teams.
• Apply the principles of engineering to design components and systems using applicable standards and specifications
• Maintain design documentation and follow configuration management requirements.

You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors or Above Degree in Engineering/Technical Discipline or equivalent experience/combined education
• Experience with IT systems and networks including but not limited to Windows Operating Systems, Enterprise Networks, Data Management and/or Cloud Based technologies.
Desired Skills:
• Ability to grasp new IT concepts quickly and implement solutions to complex technical issues.
• Experience utilizing, developing, or implementing DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud based services such as AWS Workspaces.
• Experience with networking; primarily TCP/IP, UDP, 2/3 layer networking, Cisco or Juniper routers and switches.
• Experience with the Linux operating systems including but not limited to command line interfaces, system configuration.
• Experience working with virtualization software tools and environments such as VMware.
• Experience authoring technical documentation including engineering reports, SVD and SyRMs.
• Experience or basic/working knowledge of any of the following programming or scripting languages: batch, C, Python, or C/C++.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
