You will be the Test Engineering Manager at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in Lufkin, TX.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Test Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and updates of automated production test equipment, ensuring appropriate coverage and support for production programs, and providing leadership to the test engineering staff.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing maintenance and updates of automated production test equipment
• Ensuring appropriate coverage and support for production programs and meetings
• Providing continual feedback to test engineering staff and performance assessments for direct reports
• Managing project budgets and creating proposals
• Verifying and validating test equipment

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related STEM degree, or equivalent professional experience.

• Demonstrated experience with Electronics Test Equipment

• Experience with supporting production test equipment in a lead role.

• Experience managing project budgets and creating proposals.
Desired Skills:
• 10+ years of Test Engineering experience.

• Experience in verifying, and validating test equipment.

• Proficiency with test equipment programming software such as LabVIEW, TestStand, CVI, etc.

• Experience supporting non-conformance dispositions, Failure Review Boards (FRB), and Material Review Boards (MRB).

• Cost Account Management (CAM) and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.

• Experience developing and supporting DoD test equipment for electronic assemblies and systems.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
