JOB TITLE: Test Engineer

Summary:
Responsible for planning, implementing, testing, documenting, and maintaining solutions for integrating and testing in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, subsystems, and systems.
Reviews and evaluates requirements for testability, develops and executes comprehensive test plans and procedures, and coordinates testing activities across programs and teams.
Conducts subsystem and system-level testing, writes discrepancy reports, and performs integration regression testing.
Ensures proper validation of fixes and oversees testing of customer samples and specialized test scenarios.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree with at least 1 year of professional experience.
Strong technical writing skills for creating test procedures.
Knowledge of Configuration Management (CM) practices (e.g., EPDM).
Experience with electrical test measurements and troubleshooting.
Background in RF, radar, and/or sonar systems.
MUST BE US PERSONS
Desired Skills:
Basic networking knowledge.
Ability to identify and implement test system improvements.
Strong documentation and procedural development skills.
Experience with Factory Management Systems (e.g., Solumina).
Team-oriented with the ability to work in a diverse workforce.
Understanding of digital and analog electronics.
