Contract Position
$26.80-$31.80/Hour

Responsibilities:
- Perform testing, tuning, and troubleshooting of mid-to-high complexity RF microwave hybrid assemblies using manual and automated test equipment.
- Conduct environmental testing, including temperature, vibration, and mechanical shock assessments.
- Utilize specialized RF test equipment such as signal generators, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power meters, and oscilloscopes.
- Analyze and interpret RF microwave test data, ensuring compliance with performance specifications and acceptance test procedures.
- Work with engineering teams (RF, Manufacturing, and Quality) to develop test procedures, troubleshoot products, and resolve issues.
- Use a microscope and precision hand tools (e.g., torque drivers, tweezers) for detailed tuning and troubleshooting.
- Retrieve and interpret test procedures, assembly drawings, and schematics using computer-based tools.
- Operate computer-driven mechanical vibration equipment for system validation.
- Maintain compliance with ESD and FOD-controlled environment standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma required (Bachelor’s degree not required).
- Experience: Prior experience in testing, tuning, and troubleshooting RF microwave hybrid assemblies.
- Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with RF test equipment (signal generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, power meters, network analyzers).
- Ability to write test procedures and troubleshoot issues using schematics.
- Experience with computer-driven test systems and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with ESD and FOD-controlled environments.
