Tooling Design Engineer H/M

Job Description:

Based on compliance with the instructions and requirements described in SAESAs quality and
safety management systems, OEM manuals, as well as customer specifications and
applicable regulatory authority standards, the Tooling Design Engineer has the following
responsibilities:
Design, modify, optimize and validate tooling required for production or repair methods for
aeronautical components processed at SAESA.

Job Requirements:

Manufacturing and assembly processes
Knowledge of engines (turbojets, turbofan, etc)
Technical documentation from customers, manufacturers and authorities(CFM, Delta,
Goodrich
Heat and surface treatment, properties and selection of tooling materials
GD&T knowledge
Use of measuring instruments.
Reading and interpretation of drawings for manufacturing.
Knowledge of national and international standards for mechanical design
