The Boeing Company’s Dallas Special Projects team is looking for an Experienced Financial Analyst to support the training systems program in Richardson, TX. The analyst selected for this position will be responsible for the development of Estimate at Complete (EACs), management of program budgets and funding logs on a portfolio of cost plus contracts and the preparation and delivery of monthly contractual deliverables. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial analysis, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and working in secure environment.
Position Responsibilities:
Supports development of contractual budget baselines and variances to those baselines
Analyzes of financial data to aid leadership decision-making and budget monitoring
Prepares contractual cost reporting deliverables (IMPDAR, CSDR, CAPs. etc)
Works closely with Program Management (PM) to identify trends and discrepancies in financial performance and providing recommendations to PM
Manages site capital expenditures and labor rate analysis
Supports month-end and year-end closing activities and prepare financial presentations
Security Clearance and/or Special Program Access or other Government Access requirements are mandatory. Much of the work at The Boeing Company is of a classified nature and many positions require a security clearance, the granting of which is at the discretion of Government authorities. This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
3+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business or related role
Experience performing Estimates at Completion (EAC)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Currently holds a Top-Secret Clearance
Experience working with financial tools such as Cost, Schedule, Planning, and Reporting (CSPR), Interactive Reporting Environment (IRE), Financial Project Cost Report (FPCR) and Enterprise Accounting System (EAS)
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
Experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience preparing and leading the completion of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) (Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR), Contract Performance Report (CPR), Contract Funds Status Report (CFSR), etc.)

Summary pay range: $85,000 - $115,000
