This is an exciting opportunity to become a member of the LADs Finance Team in support of the Romania Patriot Programs. Romania Patriot has both production and technical assist scope.
What You Will Do:
Support the Program Management Office (PMO) in managing cost and schedule integration, manpower forecasts, Budget Change Requests (BCR), monthly LRE, and quarterly Estimates at Complete (EAC)
Prepare financial reports reflecting Earned Value performance and staffing and should be familiar with the 10255 Raytheon EVMS Process Description, possess technical knowledge of program controls & FP&A, possess problem solving skills and have good communication skills
Work with the Business Manager to provide insight and solutions that promote flawless execution and drive compliance to EV guidelines
Be comfortable working independently and have the ability to multi task and work on several different program issues concurrently, in a challenging and deadline driven environment, as part of a small core finance team
This role is being offered in an onsite capacity and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work will be expected in Tewksbury, MA. Relocation assistance is not being offered.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics or a related field & 5 years of related finance experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of related finance experience
Experience with EVMS
Experience with SAP, RPlan, BW, APEX, PRISM or a similar system
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
