Primary Job Duties

  • Responsible for ensuring inventory levels are adequate for aircraft maintenance
  • Continuous analysis of inventory stocking policies to maintain service level
  • Review inventory management practices to locate opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare and review summaries of inventory and related costs
  • Provide support for escalating critical items with our suppliers
  • Query reports from SkyTrack and other company databases
  • Aide in the implementation of TOC concepts in regards to inventory management
  • Be familiar with and ensure observance of maintenance contracts
  • Assist with creating and analyzing maintenance budgets/forecasts and planning

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or working towards aforementioned degree
  • Experience in financial analysis and inventory management
  • Knowledge of inventory management practices, specifically TOC and Dynamic Buffer Management preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and Tableau knowledge / experience preferred
  • Must be self-motivated and have the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Good communication and must work well with others
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language

Physical and Other Requirements

  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time at a computer and perform repetitive computer functions
