Job Description:
1 Ensure all AP invoices for both trade and non-trade are validated and registered in SAP system accurately and on time, including liaising with vendors if required
2 Process all outgoing payments from SAP on timely manner and in accordance with policies/guidelines
3 Ensure all dispute invoices are resolved on time and to clear the open item within reasonable time.
4 Request SOA from vendor and perform reconciliation if required
5 Process and reimburse the employees claims as per policies/guidelines
6 Provide payment advice to both vendors and employees upon the payment is debited from bank
7 Monitor and ensure that the staff advance balance are kept at reasonable level, to follow up with staff on repayment if required
8 Prepare and issue AR invoices
9 Ensure the manual journals are posted in SAP accurately and with complete documentation
10 Support and ensure on time and on quality of month-end and year-end closing of accounts follow timeline given
11 Assist in the preparation of statutory audit, tax and transfer pricing documentation if required
12 Ensure all the documents are stored and file in organize manner
13 Provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding the selection of right GL code, cost centre, department and etc.
14 Upkeep and live Airbus Values, Leadership Model and Code of Conduct to be exemplary to others and to promote and increase the awareness of Airbus Values, Leadership Models and Code of Conduct.
15 Carry out any other task as directed by the superior.
