Description:Lead position within the SGS LOB, assisting with training and oversight. Assist with contract EVMS setup and management, cost control and analysis, proposal preparation, and staffing. Responsibilities also include developing and tracking budgets, manpower forecasting, and Earned Value computation for a variety of funding sources. This position will support a myriad of program finance functions; including establishing / managing program cost baselines, conducting Earned Value analysis and associated variance analysis using various Company toolsets including EFS, SAP and others. Conduct Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis and prepare
accompanying analysis and recommendations for presentation to various levels of leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience planning budgets/ analyzing performance
• Strong analytical, and presentation skills
• Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Power Point
Desired Skills:
Experience in budgeting, estimating, workforce planning, development and production contracts preferred.
Additional analytical tools and skills a plus.
Must be able to work in a dynamic environment, with
multiple deadlines, and a fast paced business rhythm.
Experience working independently as well as a team
environment.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
