Responsibilities:
- Analyze and manage demand and supply to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Prepare and execute proprietary information agreements.
- Support sourcing strategies, conduct negotiations, and document contracts and agreements.
- Communicate performance expectations to suppliers and monitor their performance against metrics.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelors Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Other Requirements:
- Must pass a credit check.
- Consistent attendance is required.
- Preferred Qualifications:
-
- Bachelors degree or higher.
- 2+ years of experience with procurement systems like Network Procurement (NWP) or SAP (4HANA).
- 2+ years of experience in proposal development and contract negotiations.
- 1+ year of experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
