Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Actively manage and translate part requests generated from work orders into purchase orders to suppliers
- Provide accurate and timely feedback on established purchase orders including lead times and supplier promise dates.
- Collaborate with project managers regarding available part conditions, lead times, and pricing options for optimal customer service.
- Maintain and expand usage of Min/Max inventory settings for optimized stock on hand.
- Support vendor managed inventory accounts for consumables and hardware inventory.
- Facilitate procurement for miscellaneous non-inventory items and shop supplies as requested.
- Provide quotations as requested for customer RFQ efforts, tooling and support equipment.
- Other business procurement needs as requested.

Education & Experience:HS Diploma/GED required, Some higher-level education preferred, 2-4 years of administrative experience required.

Work Environment:Normal office environment, however, occasionally exposed to engine noise and general shop conditions.
