Position Summary

Join the team to support the finance portion of Parker’s SAP S/4 ERP project.  In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams and assist in the development, design and testing of standard processes for the financial transaction systems.  You will work directly with the SAP project leaders, technical analysts and business analysts on the planning, execution and support of a variety of SAP S/4 solutions. •           Participate in, design and test business processes and solutions to meet the needs across the organization
•           Proactively anticipate changes, make recommendations to leadership, and implement change within the team
•           Complete root cause analysis of issues and decisively lead problem resolution
•           Drive continuous improvement
•           Build trust with cross-functional business partners and stakeholders through subject matter expertise
•           Work across SAP functional areas to understand the impact of changes outside the FI/CO modules on SAP financial transactions
•           Provide support to locations with training, testing, and analysis
•           Offer input on and oversight of internal processes with respect to SAP master data, hierarchies and reporting
•           Collaborate across SD, MM and PM to ensure financial reporting accuracy
•           Support of FI/CO – Cost center accounting, profit center accounting, product costing, profitability analysis, project systems, results analysis, month end close, overhead assessment and settlement
•           Effectively communicate issues to project team members and management
•           Ensure compliance and integrity with company policies and procedures
•           Require minimal supervision with rigorous attention to detail
•           Ability to travel as needed (<25)

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related function
• Minimum 5 years of applicable experience, 8+ years SAP Finance experience strongly preferred
• SAP S/4 experience a must
• Experience training end users in the processes of SAP Finance
• Experience working as a liaison between the Finance business process teams and IT teams
• Advanced Excel skillset
• Strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Full end-to-end experience implementing SAP S/4
• Experience with manufacturing systems and standard / actual costing
• SAP S/4/HANA certification
• MBA, CPA, CMA
