JOB TITLE: Supply Chain Procurement Agent - (Level 4)
LOCATION: Wichita, KS
PAY RATE: $97-107/hour

Contract Length: Up to 6 months

Summary:
Oversee subcontracts in compliance with FAR/DFARS, ensuring adherence to contract terms.
Foster strong supplier relationships, ensuring compliance and high-performance delivery.
Lead supplier competitions, negotiating and selecting suppliers based on best-value principles.
Coordinate with engineering, finance, and program management teams to align with goals.
Assist in financial analysis, cost estimation, and proposal development for prime contractors.
Support procurement in advanced composites, machining, and structures.
Requirements:
MUST BE US PERSONS
Bachelors degree and 10+ years of experience required.
10+ years of experience in supply chain, subcontracting, or procurement within the defense industry.
Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS requirements and compliance practices.
Experience in supplier competitions and best-value selection.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and supplier relationship skills.
Ability to mentor junior staff and share industry best practices.
Experience in estimating, financial analysis, and proposal development is a plus.
Familiarity with advanced composites, machining, and structures is desirable.
