HQ Aero is currently recruiting for experienced AIRCRAFT INTERIORS WRAP INSTALL TECHNICIANS in BRIDGEPORT, WV
Responsibilities:
The Aircraft Interiors Wrap Technician is responsible for the disassembly, repair, cleaning, adjustment, and wrapping of cabin interiors and related equipment in accordance with applicable maintenance manuals, and the company&39;s policies and procedures. Capability to perform the removal and Installation of aircraft interior furnishings, trim, and accessories according to specifications. The Interiors Wrap Technician has the ability to measure and mark installation areas in the aircraft interior, using measuring and marking instruments and templates. Properly prepare and install wraps onto aircraft interior surfaces including, but not limited to full and partial wraps, window perforation, and interior and exterior wall surfaces or substrates. Removing existing wraps, communicating closely with the Manager to ensure quality control and use many different materials while applying proper installation techniques to each medium. You are required to ensure compliance with customer expectations and design methods and adhere to general work rules and company policies and procedures applicable to the work area and job functions.

Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of Previous Commercial, automotive or cargo wrap experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Criminal Background Check & Compliant to FAA Drug and Alcohol screening checks are mandatory.

Essential Job Functions
  • Familiar with the function, operation, and safety requirements of aircraft passenger support systems.
  • Review and understand all necessary documentation (drawings, work scope, task cards/snags), to perform task(s).
  • Perform work in a productive, diligent, careful, and safe manner.
  • Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools, safely and with care and precision, are essential.
  • Ability to understand and follow direction with general supervision.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively orally and written.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Any other job-related duties assigned with the highest level of ethics, integrity, safety, and honesty.
  • Be able to lift equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Be able to climb ladders, apply finger and hand dexterity in using hand tools, be able to move around the shop/hangar area and within aircraft continuously throughout the workday.
