Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Fabricate furniture and wood subassemblies per blueprints and design specifications.
Assemble, pin, and glue cabinet shells; install hardware such as drawer slides, hinges, and latches.
Apply exterior materials, including laminates, veneers, and cap strips.
Operate stationary and hand-held power tools for fabrication and disassembly.
Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and housekeeping policies; use personal protective equipment.
Utilize material tracking systems for parts demand, squawk tracking, and sign-offs.
Collaborate with lead technicians to improve processes, enhance safety, and reduce costs using Lean Six Sigma techniques.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Basic knowledge of cabinetmaking processes, products, and tools.
Two (2) years of cabinetmaking experience; aerospace experience preferred.
Familiarity with inspection and process specifications preferred.
Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding).
Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, lift up to 40 lbs, and work any shift.
Basic computer skills required.
