Job Title: Interior InstallersJob Description
We are seeking skilled Interior Installers to join our team. The primary responsibility is to install In-Flight Entertainment and LED systems on 737 aircraft. This position requires working Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, with occasional Saturdays and Sundays. There may be periods of up to three weeks where contractors will need to work 60-70 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Remove and reinstall VIP interiors, including disconnecting and reconnecting avionics and systems.
- Install carpet and non-textile flooring.
- Strip and recover headliners, valance panels, and decorative elements with various materials.
- Install potted inserts, and use various adhesives, fillers, and aircraft hardware.
- Perform sewing tasks, make patterns, and layout designs.
- Adjust, repair, and recover seats.
- Work in a cabinet shop environment, handling veneers and laminates.
- Assist with the removal, installation, and maintenance of sound reduction systems.
Essential Skills- Minimum of two years’ experience in VIP aircraft interior installation.
- Proficiency in removing and reinstalling VIP interiors and avionics systems.
- Experience with carpet and non-textile flooring installation.
- Ability to strip and recover headliners and valance panels.
- Skilled in the use of various adhesives, fillers, and aircraft hardware.
- Sewing, pattern making, and layout design capabilities.
- Experience in seat adjustment, repair, and recovery.
- Cabinet shop experience with veneers and laminates.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with sound reduction system installation and maintenance is a plus.

Work Environment
This position adheres to a strict dress code. Contractors must arrive on the first day dressed appropriately: neatly trimmed beards and mustaches (1/4” maximum), short and evenly trimmed sideburns, black shoes, black belt, blue (Dickies style) work pants, and company-provided shirts and hats (if desired). Work is performed in a corporate and government MRO facility with expectations to maintain a corporate appearance. The work environment includes non-climate-controlled hangars with multiple business jets and government aircraft.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.25 - $22.25
