A400M project Material service support representative in Almaty

Job Description:

The jobholder is responsible for the management of Material Services contractual commitments for the under the scope of the Support Contract for KAZ Customer, in constant contact with the A400M Material Support Organization, the Customer and other local ADS personnel or Subcontractors, through the duration of the contract. The main on-site support activities to be performed are:

1.     The MSSR is the central focal point for all matters related to Material Support Services at the customer’s site. As such, the MSSR should always be in the position to provide the highest possible level of Services and respond to and solve (when possible) all the customer´s requirements and needs related to Material Support.

2.     The MSSR will be responsible for the surveillance of the materials needed to guarantee the fleet availability, anticipate the spares needed and inform both, the Customer and ADS personnel.

3.     The MSSR will be responsible to manage in MOB all operational activities related to: spares, repairs, warranty claim management, transports, customs and warehousing.

4.     In addition, where applicable, the MSSR will support the delivery/reception of materials, including

• Support to Customer regarding material orders.
• Support to Customer in spares reception including incoming inspection (when needed).
• Assessment of discrepancies identified, including on-site resolution (prior formal registration of a discrepancy).
