Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à:
Coordonner rigoureusement les travaux des fournisseurs
Diriger des rencontres quotidienne pour mesurer l&39;avancement des travaux fournisseurs
Suivre et aider à la résolution des bloquants de chaque avion (RNC, BOI, issues, etc…) en échangeant avec les différentes équipes Operations et Support aux Opérations,
Escalader les points bloquants si nécessaire, aux bonnes personnes et au bon moment,
Identifier des bloquants dans les processus, et leader les projets d’amélioration pour les résoudre,
Assurer le premier niveau de support aux fournisseurs sur site
En tant que candidat idéal,
Vous avez un Baccalauréat en Logistique, Génie industriel, Gestion des Operations ou une expérience professionnelle équivalente,
Vous avez plus de 10 ans d’expérience des processus manufacturiers, idéalement A220,
Vous avez une connaissance générale des dépendances entre les différentes positions,
Vous avez une connaissance détaillée des processus de planification, logistique, qualité et production,
Vous avez un fort leadership, êtes capable de remettre les processus en question, mais aussi une volonté de faire grandir vos collègues et les autres fonctions.

In your duties, you will be called upon to coordinate the preparation and the follow-up of the aircraft plan:
Rigorously coordinate the work of suppliers
Lead daily meetings to measure the progress of supplier work
Monitor and help resolve the blockages of each aircraft (RNC, BOI, exits, etc.) by discussing with the different Operations and Operations Support teams,
Escalate blocking points if necessary, to the right people and at the right time
Identify blockers in processes, and lead improvement projects to resolve them
Provide first level of support to on-site suppliers
As the ideal candidate,
You have a Bachelor&39;s degree in Logistics or Industrial Engineering, Operations and Logistics, Operations Management or a college diploma with equivalent work experience.
You have more than 10 years of experience of A220 manufacturing process, including FTP and Interiors.
You have a general knowledge of the main dependencies between work positions,
You have a detailed knowledge of PMT, Logistics, RNC, Snags clients and Production processes,
You are able to challenge the schedule, operations priorities,
You have strong leadership, challenge mindset, but with willingness to coach the others functions.
