JOB TITLE: Advanced Composite Technician I

Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

Summary:
Manufacture composite aircraft parts to meet specifications in a team-oriented setting.
Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, lofts, and operation sheets.
Ensure defect-free assemblies before inspection.
Maintain logs and records (e.g., MIR sheets, DMTs, Crabs, PCOs, DR/DI).
Keep work areas clean and comply with FOD, 5S, and safety regulations.
Support Lean initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
1+ year of composite layup experience.
Proficiency with composite resins and materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and a 6" scale.
Basic computer skills.
Must meet the physical demands of the position.
Must be able to work any shift.
