Job Description:
Position Overview: Hiring Note: Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer. STS Line Maintenance is actively seeking Aircraft Material Specialists with prior material handling experience. As an Aircraft Material Specialist, you will:
  • Receive, tag, identify, and sort aircraft parts.
  • Issue and deliver parts to the aircraft, ensuring precision and accuracy.
  • Handle shipping, receiving, and issuing customer parts.
  • Perform inventory cycle counts and ensure document accuracy.
  • Utilize Trax software (experience with Trax is a plus).
Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in material handling, specifically in the aerospace or aviation sector.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in all documentation.
  • Skills: Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes and inventory management.
