Job Title: Associate Tool & Gage Technician
Job Type: Full Time; Consultant (6 Months)
Location: Phoenix, Arizona 85034- 100 Onsite
Shift: Monday to Friday; Swing Shift 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Pay Rate: $21.30 per hour

As an entry-level Associate Tool & Gage Technician, youll dive into hands-on training and gain essential skills to set and adjust gages to meet the high standards of our Manufacturing, Assembly, and Test departments. Youll become a key player in maintaining the precision and accuracy our operations rely on.
What Youll Do:
Master the use of gage blocks, horizontal trimos, and other gage-setting tools.
Manage electronic inventory records using SAP or other systems, keeping track of all gages issued and returned.
Oversee the receiving, handling, storing, issuing, and delivery of critical tooling, fixtures, gages, shop supplies, and safety gear (PPE).
Work with a team to ensure high customer satisfaction and address moderate scope problems effectively.
Develop a working knowledge of database systems and enhance your skills in gage setting, perishable cutting tools, grinding wheels, fixtures, and abrasive products.
What We’re Looking For:
A high school diploma or GED (some college experience is a plus).
Strong team player who can take direction and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to forty pounds.
A willingness to learn and possibly obtain a forklift license.
Basic computer skills are preferred, but we’re happy to provide training!

Pay Details: $21.30 per hour
