Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software based on engineering drawings and specifications (3 & 4 axis).
• Assist in crafting fixture plates and holding fixtures for parts production.
• Set up and configure CNC machines, selecting tooling, calibrating machines, and setting up fixtures.
• Test programs for accuracy, troubleshooting any machine programming and operation issues.
• Operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machinery to fabricate parts to precise dimensions.
• Monitor machine operations, making adjustments to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Perform manual machining tasks using conventional lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Inspect manufactured parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team and engineering to resolve production issues and improve processes.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools, replenishing the necessary consumables.
• Adhere to safety protocols while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.
