Job Title: Cargo Container Assembler $22-$25/HRJob Description
Join our team as a Cargo Container Assembler, playing a crucial role in constructing air cargo shipping containers with precision. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $22-$25 and is a 6-month contract to hire opportunity. Working hours are from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday for right now and will go to a 4 day week in the winter. Your responsibilities will include assembling containers to specifications, performing quality checks, using and maintaining tools, adhering to safety standards, documenting processes, troubleshooting issues, collaborating with team members, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Lebanon, Ohio.
Work Environment
The role operates in a climate-controlled warehouse with a structured team setup in assembly cells. Youll work alongside teams of three in a FAA regulated facility, with calibrated tools provided. Physical requirements include the ability to crouch, crawl around containers, and lift up to 75lbs. Expect to work five 10-hour shifts with three paid 10-minute breaks and a half-hour unpaid lunch. Overtime may be required to meet production quotas.
