Job Title: CNC Programmer
Job DescriptionAs a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and running CNC multi-axis machines for Department of Defense (DOD) and commercial aerospace parts. You will also complete first article inspections of print-to-build parts.
Responsibilities
- Program CNC machines for multi-axis operations.
- Run CNC multi-axis machines to produce aerospace and DOD parts.
- Perform first article inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Draft and create 3D models using Solidworks.
- Develop tool paths for parts and tools using FeatureCam/MasterCam.
- Set up and run CNC programs with a strong understanding of G-code.
- Operate and manage 4-axis machining processes.
Essential Skills- Experience in CNC machining and programming (3+ years).
- Proficiency in Solidworks for drafting and 3D modeling.
- Knowledge of FeatureCam/MasterCam for developing tool paths.
- Ability to perform first article inspections.
- Understanding of G-code.
- Experience with 4-axis machining.
- Familiarity with Haas CNC machines including mills, vertical, and lathes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience in aerospace and defense manufacturing.
- Knowledge of CAM software and programming.
- Long work history at each previous employer.

Work Environment
Work in a small aviation/aerospace manufacturing facility that specializes in the production of complex sheet metal and machined components. The facility also handles high-speed, burr-free cutting and forming of bar and tubular items.

This is a Contract position based out of BROKEN ARROW, Oklahoma.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $38.46
