Summary:
Ensures that all purchase order requirements are met, including document coordination, inspections, and on-time delivery.
Expedite documents and drawings from vendors, contractors, and Engineering.
Provide updates on document submittals in project meetings.
Ensure timely submittal reviews and returns per schedule.
Identify and escalate supplier/contractor documentation issues.
Prevent delays by implementing proactive and standardized approaches.
Maintain accurate supplier delivery commitments and communicate updates.
Support Procurement and Program Teams with document expediting and coordination.
Review inspection reports for potential issues and necessary actions.
Verify supplier progress and delivery commitments.
Update project schedules with the latest delivery information.
Develop and refine material management and control procedures.
Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree required.
Minimum 2 years in an expediting role within manufacturing.
ERP experience required; Dynamics 365 (D365) preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive issues to closure.
Excellent communication with all stakeholders.
Aerospace experience preferred but not required.
Open to U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders.
