Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a Subcontract Management Sr. for a position in Grand Prairie, TX. This position supports PAC-3 program material requirements by managing the missile IPT, capacity shortage reports, metrics, processing LTLT POs, and supplier issues. This position will interface with a cross functional team including Engineering, Quality, Production Operations and PP&C for resource planning.

This position requires someone who has the ability to multitask and is comfortable working in a team environment.

Effective communication is a requirement due to extensive
communication between SEMAC, Program Supply Chain
and various customers.

Duties include:

Drive mitigation activities across the PAC-3 Program Supply Chain

Manage supplier issues daily in order to support the Missile IPT, Production and various customers.

Various projects will be assigned as needed.

Some travel may be required.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or Business or related discipline from an accredited college with 3 years of professional experience.

Onsite work schedule is required 2 days/week for customer/Production interface meetings.

Ability to obtain a secret clearance.

Ability to travel, if required.
Desired Skills:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Business related degree.
Basic knowledge of scheduling principles and performance metrics.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communications and effective presentation skills.
Working understanding of line of balance spreadsheets.
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
