The Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Finance, for our Industrial Automation (IA) segment is one of IAs top Finance Leaders and will bring a strong background in global manufacturing, as well as operations finance experience. Ideally, they will have held prior leadership roles that have included full P&L coverage - we need someone who is ready to help shape the future.
You will report directly to our Industrial Automation (IA) CFO, Tina Pierce with a dotted line to our IA VP of Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), Scott Hillpot. Youll work out of our Houston, TX or Charlotte, NC locations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Role Scope: Partner with the ISC Operations VP, Strategic Sourcing and SIOP Leaders to deliver financial commitments including conversion costs ($1.1B), direct material ($3.2B), indirect spend ($.8B), capital spend ($150M) and inventory ($1.2B)
- Operational Business Partner: Provide mentorship to the finance leadership team and advise ISC executive management in the development and management of the ISC key operating processes. Partner with operational leaders to provide relevant and timely analysis, metrics, and business insights that inform business decisions and drive stronger operations. Recommend actions for improvement as appropriate.
- Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership in the recruitment and development of top-quality financial talent to ensure the organization has an elevated level of performance and productivity. Instill a culture that emphasizes inclusion, speed, accountability, and innovation across the enterprise. Team size is approximately 100 employees across 70 sites.
- Transformation: Develop and implement strategic and transformative initiatives across ISC finance and supply chain to drive standard work. Drive IA ISC Finance Digital execution.
- Controls: Create & maintain a strong internal controls environment to ensure compliance with Honeywell Corporate Policy, US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley across and plants and facilities (including oversight of quarterly schedules. account reconciliation & control scorecards, site representation letter and maintenance of the site schedule of executive approvals (SEA)
- Financial Leadership for the STRAP, AOP, SRO and forecasting processes for ISC.
- Provide finance leadership in integrating acquisitions as required

YOU MUST HAVE
- Seasoned Finance Leader: 20+ years progressive finance experience with demonstrated track record in positions of increasing responsibility, of relevant scale and industry.
- Operational Orientation: Strong manufacturing and Global Supply Chain experience required. The successful candidate will be an operationally oriented executive with a desire and drive to make things happen, set stretch goals, and motivate others to achieve them. The CFO will demonstrate a proactive mindset and will deploy a combination of strong execution and collaborative behavior to reach and beat target goals.

- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (MBA or CPA preferred)
