Job Description:

As our new Inventory Executive, you’ll report into the Inventory Manager and be responsible for the creation, maintenance and optimisation of stock in order to maximise revenue and profit for a given set of holiday destinations.  

In this role you’ll be creating and maintaining an accurate accommodation and transfer inventory database, and managing business rules within the inventory system to maintain data accuracy and integrity. You’ll regularly maintain and manage changes to stock, such as stop sales, contract changes, inventory increases and flight changes etc, and you’ll identify levels of stock that may need to be upgraded/downgraded based on demand whilst identifying opportunities to add additional inventory. You’ll maintain and manage reporting to deliver insights, assist internal users with inventory queries, and support hotel partners with queries about the hotel extranet through a support desk .

What you’ll bring to the team:

We are looking somebody with an analytical background who has fantastic data analysis skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Other skills that would help you to be successful include being able to deliver under pressure, being organised and highly numerate with excellent attention to detail, and familiarity with travel industry and/or product.

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport.

We operate a hybrid working model with 3 in-office days each week.
