Introduction:

Boeing Korea is seeking for a Logistics Service Representative based in Seosan, South Korea.

Boeing Korea begins its employees journey with a two-year fixed-term employment contract with full benefits. Following successful completion of the employment term, it is possible to continue with permanent contract, subject to individual performance and business requirements.

Position Responsibilities (including but NOT Limited to):

Receive, document, and screen customer inquiries and determine proper routing for resolution

  • Ensure inquiries are documented and managed to closure

  • Coordinate resolution between In-Country Operations Manager, Warehouse Lead, Supply Chain Representative, FSRs, and the customer

Provide warehouse support by coordinating with In-Country Warehouse Lead located in Daegu site

  • Coordinate failed component turn in inspection with on-site Field Support Representative (FSR)

  • Translate component’s failure description into English and submit it in proper Boeing system

  • Provide assistance to 3PL employees for asset handling as needed

  • Report Package, Handling, Shipping and Transportation (PHS&T) damage claims to In-Country Operations Manager & Warehouse Lead

  • Ensure transfer materials are processed to completion and report any issues to Warehouse Lead

Address Supply Chain & Technical issues and concerns pertaining to the customer’s repair activities

  • Assist In-Country Supply Chain Representative to address SCM issues such as first time demand, demand spikes, DIFM tracking, etc.

  • Coordinate with customer and SCM team to ensure customers are requisitioning proper parts to support the repairs

  • Support FSR with translation/interpretation support to allow/ensure FSRs to accurately communicate with customer

Attend & Support recurring meetings with the customer

  • Coordinate regular/ad-hoc meetings between Boeing and the customer

  • Provide translation/interpretation as needed basis

Basic Qualification (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3 to 5 years of Logistics experience

  • Native level English speaking and writing skills

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word programs

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, and military knowledge

  • 3+ years of experience with warehouse operation

  • 1+ Experience with Hydro-Mechanical Aircraft Component repair

Relocation:

Relocation support is negotiable based on candidate eligibility.
