Summary:

Lead the development and maintenance of manufacturing plans, Bills of Materials (BOMs), work instructions, and illustrations to document as-built configurations.

Develop manufacturing strategies, preparing build analyses and cost estimates, and integrating suppliers, materials, and technologies to meet delivery goals.

Lead resolution of complex manufacturing issues and tooling development from design through disposition

Support producibility assessments and enterprise benchmarking

Draft and updating procedures to meet business and regulatory requirements

Develop job practices, sequencing plans, and scheduling templates

Work under minimal supervision

Requirements:

Associates degree

8+ years of Manufacturing Planning experience

8+ years with CAD software

Non-managerial, non-leadership position

Strong ability to read/interpret 2D and 3D drawings and engineering specs

Proficient in analyzing engineering data and applying manufacturing engineering processes

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Must be eligible for customer access approval (dual citizenship or foreign citizenship may impact eligibility)

Must pass a comprehensive background check

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

Desired Skills:

Previous experience as a Planner

Familiarity with Gold ESP and MESCI systems
