What are your contributions to the team?
- Communicate between technicians, customers, plant engineering and planner
- Prepare daily summaries and communications for pass over between shifts
- Assign work orders per technician
- Consolidate inputs (MP, MCU, MCP) and coordinate work according to priorities (short term, daily, weekly)
- Communicate action plans and follow-ups with customers and stakeholders (Notice of work)
- Carry out pre and post-intervention go-see operational in force
- Identify opportunities for improvement to support the preventive vision of the company
- Ensure proper monitoring of KPIs and manage discrepancies
- Write work permits
- Assist / support the maintenance leader
- Participate actively in the daily meeting to coordinate issues and emergencies
How to thrive in this role?
- You hold a high school diploma or DEP
- You have more than 2 years of experience in a similar position
- You demonstrate good leadership skills
- You have good customer service skills
- You are bilingual in French and English, both written and oral
- You have excellent time management skills in a high-volume environment
- You have good knowledge of MS project suite
- You are used to working with an ERP module (Maximo)
