Tasks & accountabilities:
Secure the original material flow (1stflow)
Secure the material flow of parasitic process (2ndflow, Nonconformities)
Maintain robust informative flow of all logistical relevant subjects.
Follow and ensure compliance of Supply Chain & Logistic Processes
Track and trace first flow delivery status, report Missing Parts or potential impact on shop floor. Set and fulfill proper level of stock for “Min/Max” materials.
Initiate replenishment for nonconformities, trace the progress until receive.
Coordinate to reversal/return flow, to move materials backwards to upstream sources. Be the interface for supplier coordinative issues, indirectly contact supplier via Back Office Other temporary tasks assigned by management
Required skills:
Education: College graduate (junior college) industrial engineer and/or business & administration with focus on logistic
Career experience: Min. 3 Years of Experience related to supply chain & Logistic (preferably in an international company)
Knowledge and skills:
Good knowledge of the principles, practices, methods, tools, and materials used in the logistics and more understanding of logistic processes and IT systems.
Fluent English both in oral and written, both expression and comprehension. CET-6 expected, but subject to the level of practise.
Professional skills with logistic IT systems, esp. ERP/SAP, and office tools (MS-Office)
Basic knowledge of assembly/manufacturing industrial.
Fundamental knowledge of aviation/aeronautic field.
Good sense of logic
Good skills in communication in cases of negotiation, demonstration and persuasion
Perform one or several of the following activities:
Provide expertise & support to Supply & Demand operators on processes & tools.
Lead & contribute to cross-functional and/or multi-sites and/or transnational improvement projects.
Manage Business & customers’ requirements.
Perform Supply & Demand costing activities (X to cost approach).
Perform project management activities.
Manage outsourced activities (Work specifications, follow-up of deliverables…).
Master, control, optimize E2E Supply & Demand processes & tools.
Ensure adherence of Supply and Demand community to processes and tools.
Perform flow analysis and eliminate non value added activities.
Ensure compliance with processes.
Define Supply & Demand master data management rules and take appropriate actions to secure data accuracy.
Perform problem solving on Supply & Demand processes/methods/tools.
Participate and collaborate to E2E Supply & Demand governance.
Contribute to design and implementation of the most optimized logistics solutions.
Develop and maintain competencies of Supply & Demand Community.
Create, maintain or provide support documentation.
Create or contribute to creation of training material, and perform training.
Perform change management to the Supply & Demand community.
