Job Description:

Purpose of Position
Supports business and aircraft operational requirements by coordinating the timely and efficient return of used and unused aircraft parts and materials valued at more than $100 million annually. Files warranty claims with OEM when warranty coverage is applicable.Coordinates with approved vendors to repair NetJets owned assets to include generation of repair purchase orders, request for quotes, and approval of quotes for repair while ensuring that quoted repairs are fiscally responsible and meet set guidelines. Coordinate with and hold repair vendors accountable to established contaacts and service level agreements. Proactively purchases replacement components that have been identified as beyond economical repair.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Utilize ERP systems to gain visibility of Purchase Order and Work Order information
  • Create Repair Purchase Orders
  • Update and Manage Repair Order Tracker for assigned suppliers
  • Utilize shipping websites and tools to track shipping information
  • Coordinate with FBOs and Maintenance vendors to have parts returned to NetJets
  • Collaborate with Material Coordinators to ensure parts are returned in a timely manner
  • Meet with OEMs weekly to review Cores due
  • Monitor and manage repair vendor perormance
  • Creating shipping labels and arranging shipments
  • Create and process Exchange Issues and Core Rerurns in the ERP
  • Provide accurate shipping instuctions and documentation to the warehouses
  • Provide disposition instructions to maintenance providers to ship parts back to the OEM
  • Authorize and manage repair quotes
  • Review and manage Core financial data and dispute Core fees with the OEM and Accounts Payable
  • Update Consolidated Core Tracker for assigned region
